Games are played at a variety of locations throughout the season.

Full Teams

When registering, Team Captains will be required to select a rental or purchase option for equipment if they do not already have access to all equipment needs. If you decline equipment, this means you already have access to:

• Bases x 3 (Rubber or Padded)

• Safety Base x 1 (Rubber or Padded)

• Home Plate x 1

• Kickball(s)

If renting, you can hang onto the equipment for the entire year (i.e. if you play Spring and Summer, there is no need to return and re-rent in between seasons... simply pick it up at the start of the Spring season and return it at the end of the Summer season).

Individual and Small Groups

If you register by yourself or with a few friends, you are not required to select any equipment purchase or rental options at the time of registration. Once the team is formed, our equipment manager will reach out to see what the team would like to do regarding equipment if someone does not already have equipment on hand, and coordinate pick-up fees and details.

• CSSC Office – Suite #180, 4411 6th Street SE

  • Office Hours are 8:30 am - 7:00 pm Mon-Thurs and 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Fridays

Information:

• Anyone can drop off equipment; it does not have to be the Team Captain or the person who put down the deposit, just someone who can represent the team and who is available on one of the dates.

• All rented equipment must be returned the same year that it was rented in order to receive a refund.

• If you or a teammate cannot make the above dates, please email erin@calgarysportsclub.com to set up a time to drop off your equipment.
